HOW TO ORDER:
1️⃣ Design Help / Ready-to-Print Options – In the first tab, choose your design option:
🔲 If your file is ready to print and one-sided, select “My Design Is Ready – One Sided.”
🔳 If your file is ready to print and double-sided, select “My Design Is Ready – Double Sided.”
👨💻 If you need us to create or edit your design, select:
• “Design It For Me – One Sided” for one-sided cards
• “Design It For Me – Double Sided” for double-sided cards
This includes starting a card from scratch or editing any existing file.
2️⃣ Quantity & Sides – In the second tab, select the number of cards you want.
3️⃣ Send Your Files or Details – After purchase, upload your print-ready file or custom design details using the upload box on this page.
4️⃣ Proof Approval – A digital proof will be provided for your approval before printing to ensure everything is perfect.
💻 My Design Is Ready Option
👉 Designs with low resolution or not suitable for print are not eligible for production. In such cases, we will kindly recommend that customers revise their design or purchase our design service for a better result.
⚠️Designs not suitable for print/my design is ready option:
* Screenshots or screen-captured images
* Low-resolution images that are not suitable for high-quality printing
* AI-generated images with low resolution or excessive detail loss
* Designs that do not match the required dimensions or aspect ratio
* Square or incorrectly proportioned files that are not properly adjusted to the print size/template
💻 Design It For Me Option
Add your preferred color theme and style in the personalization box. If you have a reference image for your desired design, please include it with your order.
We’ll create your design and provide a digital proof for review. Once approved, your order will move into production.
If your design meets the requirements, please select the “My Design Is Ready” option. Add your quantity, and after placing your order, upload your design using the upload box on this page.
If you would like us to prepare the design for you, please select the “Design It For Me” option. Add your quantity, and include your preferred color theme and style in the personalization box. If you have a reference image for your desired design, please include it with your order.
📩 Proof Delivery
We will send you a digital proof for approval before production.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not receive a response to the proof message within 3 business days, your design will be printed and shipped as submitted, and no revisions or claims will be accepted.

If you request design assistance, production time may take an additional 1–2 business days, depending on the design complexity.

BUSINESS CARD PRINTING GUIDE
BLEED AREA: 3.75" × 2.25"
Extend all background colors, patterns, and images to the edge of the bleed area. This extra area will be trimmed during production and helps prevent unwanted white borders.
CUT AREA: 3.5" × 2"
This is the final finished size of your business card. The card will be trimmed along this line.
SAFE AREA: 3.25" × 1.75"
Keep all important text, logos, contact information, and design elements inside the safe area to prevent them from being cut off during trimming.
IMPORTANT FILE REQUIREMENTS
• Set your document size to 3.75" × 2.25", including bleed.
• Extend backgrounds and images fully to the bleed edge.
• Keep all important elements inside the safe area.
• Use high-resolution images at 300 DPI.
• Use CMYK color mode for the best print results.
• Outline or embed all fonts before submitting your file.
• Double-check spelling, contact information, and design placement before ordering.
Please note: Slight trimming variations may occur during the cutting process. Following the bleed and safe area guidelines will help ensure the best final result.
