A personalized design will be prepared using the information you provide. Your cards will be professionally printed and prepared for your memorial service.
Please provide the following information exactly as you would like it to appear on your memorial card:
• Front heading — examples: “In Loving Memory,” “Forever in Our Hearts,” or your own custom wording • Name • Date of Birth • Date of Passing • Text for the back of the card — prayer, poem, scripture, memorial message, or custom wording
