Production & Delivery
After placing your order, we'll send a free digital proof via Etsy Messages for your approval. Production begins once the design is approved. Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day after approval. Standard delivery usually takes **2–5 business days**, with expedited shipping available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be requested within **14 days** of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly cover the cost of a replacement or return. Simply contact us first, and we'll be happy to assist you.

No returns or exchanges; all items are custom-made. We'll correct our mistakes ASAP. We ship to the address you provide. Contact us to change it before ordering. We're not responsible for USPS delays. Contact USPS for shipping issues. Consider shipping upgrades if you have a deadline.
