We will prepare your custom tag design and ship your order.

You can send your logo/design by email or by replying to your Printinium order confirmation email, or upload it using the "Upload Your File” section. If you would like printing on both the front and back, please upload the two designs as separate files.
Design Requirements For the best printing results, please send a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: • PDF • PNG • JPG • AI • EPS
A transparent-background PNG or vector file is recommended for logos.
🟧Production & Delivery: Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day after approval. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
🟧Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return or replacement costs. Please contact us first so we can assist you.

No returns or exchanges; all items are custom-made. We'll correct our mistakes ASAP. We ship to the address you provide. Contact us to change it before ordering. We're not responsible for USPS delays. Contact USPS for shipping issues. Consider shipping upgrades if you have a deadline.
