HOW TO ORDER: 1. Choose your quantity. 2. Choose your string color: White, Beige, or Black. 3. Send us your logo, design, or the text you want printed on the tag. 4.If you want a specific font, please include the font name. 5. We will prepare your custom tag design and ship your order.
If you would like printing on the back of the tag, please select the “Back Printing” option in the personalization section.
You can send your logo/design by email or by replying to your Printinium order confirmation email, or upload it using the "Upload Your File” section. If you would like printing on both the front and back, please upload the two designs as separate files.
Design Requirements For the best printing results, please send a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: • PDF • PNG • JPG • AI • EPS
A transparent-background PNG or vector file is recommended for logos.
Important Information • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. • Production begins after the proof is approved. • Please review all names, spelling, colors, and details carefully before approving your proof. • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a printing or production error.

🟧Production & Delivery: Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day after approval. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
🟧Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return or replacement costs. Please contact us first so we can assist you.

PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship within 1-3 days, excluding holidays. Rush orders don’t mean faster shipping but same-day processing.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
No returns or exchanges; all items are custom-made. We'll correct our mistakes ASAP. We ship to the address you provide. Contact us to change it before ordering. We're not responsible for USPS delays. Contact USPS for shipping issues. Consider shipping upgrades if you have a deadline. Due to stock variations, we may use different brands; sizes and colors might slightly vary.
